If an item happens to arrive damaged, please follow these steps:
1- Take 3 photo's of the item, with damage and original packaging included in photo's (we cannot act on this process unless we have clear photos of the package as we need to determine who is at fault of the damage as USPS claims all responsibility of the package once they legally take possession).
2- Contact us toss-up a exchange ticket-we will incorporate the photos with USPS courier managers and open the exchange case.
3-Prepare your damaged item for return shipping, you can use the same bag if you turn it inside out and tape it up or any heavier weight bag (NO BOXES).
(once determination of the damage is made, you will be contacted by email with either a ticket to contact USPS with to open a claim with them, or a ticket to receive a emailed return label for you to secure to the damaged item and ship back to us- whereas you will receive your exchanged item (same size, color only) once we receive the return).
We are currently not setup to process refunds, We will replace ANY damaged item with its exact match if something is to arrive damaged or refer you to USPS, if they are responsible. We are a small business and single mothers- in order to keep the highest in quality at the prices in which we do, to avoid over cost and waste... we have chosen to legally decide not to integrate the refund processing software into our merchant system.
We DO NOT process exchanges for ANY reason other than your item arriving damaged. If you item arrived damaged, please refer to the above "Exchange" Steps. We cannot send out a different item- must be exact, size and color.

ALL cancellations after order placement entails a 50% fee of the order total. NO EXCEPTIONS, this is our merchant processors fee for reversal of the transaction since we do not have the "Refund Processing"integrated in our system.

ALL products by "The Tshirt Goat"; Cashmere+Coal® Apparel are USA Sized and will always be true to size. Our Tshirt's that are Unisex sizing tend to be on the "baggier" side but longer than a regular cheap tee...as our Women's Tee's and Tank's tend to be on the more slimmer fitted side.
