Our associates motivate and drive our progress. Through initiatives and partnerships, our associates are encouraged to interact both internally and out in our communities in ways that enhance their understanding of diversity and inclusion.

We are proud of our inclusive culture that encourages associates to take action where they see a need. Groups of associates have rolled up their sleeves, formed grassroots associate resource groups, and taken action to further diversity and inclusion for the associates they represent and the organization as a whole.

Examples include:

THE HERD Helping Empower, Recognize, and Develop THE HERD are future female leaders in supply chain.

 

WOMEN IN IT Empowering and connecting women to advance retention, build leaders, and achieve personal and professional goals throughout our IT organization.

These groups host guest speakers, volunteer within community events, and host various programming events in partnership with the D&I team.

Sizing

 

ALL products by "The Tshirt Goat"; Cashmere+Coal® Apparel are USA Sized and will always be true to size. Our Tshirt's that are Unisex sizing tend to be on the "baggier" side but longer than a regular cheap tee...as our Women's Tee's and Tank's tend to be on the more slimmer fitted side.
